Modelena — Where Style Meets Grace — offers 15-day easy returns, subject to policy conditions.

15-Day Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order if there is any issue with a suit — any kind of problem. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

A reason for the return is REQUIRED: please tell us what the problem is. Items that are worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or missing parts may not be eligible for a return or refund, subject to the conditions confirmed for your order.

How to Request a Return

Contact Modelena with your order details and the reason for the return, so the return can be confirmed before any item is sent back. Please keep your proof of purchase available. A return request without a reason — without telling us what the problem is — cannot be confirmed.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and checked, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method where applicable. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund method will be confirmed with you when the return is approved. Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

If an item is defective or damaged on arrival, please report it promptly with your order details so an exchange or other remedy can be arranged, subject to availability.

Delivery and Other Information

Modelena offers free delivery across Pakistan, subject to confirmed terms, and Cash on Delivery where supported. International bulk and wholesale orders are handled separately via WhatsApp on +92 340 4369474.
