Shopping with Modelena

  • 15-Day Returns: You may return a suit within 15 days if there is any issue with the suit — any kind of problem — provided you tell us the reason for the return.
  • Cash on Delivery: Cash on Delivery is available.
  • Free Delivery in Pakistan: Delivery is FREE all over Pakistan.
  • International Orders — Bulk / Wholesale Only: International sales are bulk / wholesale only. Our goods go all over the world in bulk.
  • International Bulk Minimum: A bulk order must be at least 15 suits.
  • Bulk Orders on WhatsApp: For bulk orders, contact us on WhatsApp: +92 340 4369474.

Payments

  • Cash on Delivery: you pay when your order arrives — we do not collect card details for COD orders.

Sharing

  • We share delivery details only with the courier delivering your order.
  • Wholesale inquiries are handled personally by our team on WhatsApp.

Your choices

  • You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp.
